Workout - August 18, 2010

20 minute run with Charly, + 20 minute CrossFit workout.

CrossFit = 25 each of the following (as fast as possible):

Wall ball throws
Kettle bell swings
Weighted lunges
Pullups
Backlifts
Pushups
Squats
Box jumps

Time: 17:48

Then I did another 5 minutes of lifting.  Off to start the day....

  1. Nope, doing it as Casa de Mad Dog (garage gym). I used to go to SWAT, but once I moved, it wasn't convenient anymore.
